Is this contaminated dust blowing over the top of the hoardings? Last time dust was blowing over we were assured it was from the inert top soil… well, that has now gone, so this dust must be from the infill, much of which is toxic.
Of course, it could be fine water spray, but that in itself can carry pollutants; the person who video’d this, however, was pretty sure it was dust. We could do with an answer. In the meantime, we say please take all due precautions.
