Every day on our Facebook page we put up a Jersey shoreline picture people have sent in; for fun, we tally the Likes and Shares… Here are the Top 20 photo competition winners as voted for by members on our Facebook page. The wild cards: These photos that scored enough points to qualify for the SOSJ 2014 Top 20. However, because we want to include as many photographers as possible in the Top 20, we asked the photographers concerned if we could keep their highest scoring shots only to put into the Top 20 and they very kindly agreed – so we have created a special category to show the images and thank the photographers for their generosity of spirit.

The runners up: Here we feature great shots that didn’t quite make the Top 20 but are still impressive – in fact, to demonstrate how close the scoring was and just how many points had to be scored to obtain entry into the Top 20, two of these shots scored 153 points on the SOSJ scoreboard and would have comfortably got into last year’s Top 20!
